The Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, (MAPOLY) has released the 2026/2027 Post UTME screening application form. Interested applicants can now register for the form online.

The management of the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic invites all candidates who have applied for admission into the Institutionโ€™s various National Diploma (ND) Full-Time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session to register for the Post-UTME screening exercise.

Eligibility for MAPOLY Post UTME 2026

  • Interested Post-UTME candidates, who scored 100 and above must have chosen Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta as their first choice in the 2026 UTME and upload their Oโ€™level results on the JAMBโ€™s Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
  • Candidate must have Five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in WASSCE/NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.
  • Any candidate, who did not choose MAPOLY as first choice in the 2026 UTME MUST process a Change of Choice and make MAPOLY his/her First Choice via JAMBโ€™s portal before obtaining MAPOLY application form

How to Apply for Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Post UTME Form

Applicants are to pay the screening fee of N2,000.00, N5,000.00 for O’level verification and N1,500.00 fetching fee using Bank Transfer, excluding service charges.

  • Candidates are expected to create a profile via https://v4.mapoly.edu.ng/admission/apply/application to process the forms, using a Debit Master or Visa Card to pay the prescribed processing fee to complete the online application.
  • Fill in your information and create an account
  • Login, follow the instructions and proceed to make payment.
  • After payment, complete the biodata and verify O’level results using scratch card details.
  • Submit your application and print the slip when done.
