Ogun State College of Nursing Sciences (Abeokuta, Ilaro, Ijebu-Ode) 2026/2027 Admission Form is Out

This is to notify the general public that the sales of admission forms into the college of Nursing and Midwifery Ogun State (Ijebu-Ode, Ilaro, Abeokuta) for the 2026/2027 academic session have commenced.

The institution is located in 3 locations: Abeokuta, Ijebu-Ode and Ilaro in Ogun State. All applications are however done via the same admission portal. From 2024 till date, the institution now offers ND/HND in Nursing programme which requires JAMB UTME for admission. 

Interested and qualified candidates are to carefully read the registration and admission guidelines outlined below before applying.

Admission Requirements

• To be eligible for the course, you need to meet the following requirements:
• Five (5) O’ Level credits in a maximum of two (2) sittings:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Biology
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
• Need to achieve a grade of 180 and above (JAMB UTME Results)
• Candidates awaiting results CANNOT apply.
• Applicants must be 16 years and above as at 31st August, 2026.

Online Application instructions

1. Click on ‘Start Application’ to start your application and complete the registration form. Please note your e-mail and password as you will be required to log in with them to complete your application.
2. Please ensure you use a valid email you have access to, other vital information about this admission will be sent to you via email.
3. From the dashboard, click on ‘Make Payment’
4. Enter your card details to pay the sum of N23,200 (excluding service charges).
5. After a successful payment, your status on the portal will be updated and you will be able to complete the admission form.
6. After the submission of the form, your Examination Photocard will be generated, please print it out in full color.
7. Only applicants with valid examination photocard (Colour Print) will be allowed to write the CBT Entrance Examination.
   Note:
   • i. Applicants are requested to have a functioning e-mail address for future contact.
     Note:
   • ii. Examination is Computer Based Testing in the following: English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.
   • iii. All application, payments and downloading of past questions are to be completed online, no candidate will be attended to at the secretariat.
   • iv. The Ogun State College of Nursing Sciences offers both Basic Nursing and Midwifery courses, candidates can be admitted into any of these courses.
