Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Nursing Programmes of the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife:

• National Diploma (ND/HND) in Nursing
• Post Basic Perioperative Nursing

Application for National Diploma in Nursing OAUTHC

Requirements

Applicants must possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE, NECO, SSCE/GCE or NABTEB with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The candidate(s) presenting NABTEB result will not be allowed to combine it with other results. He or she should be at least sixteen (16) years old as at January, 2026.

Eligibility for National Diploma in Nursing

• Have taken the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and achieved a minimum UTME score of 180.
• Select OAUTHC College of Nursing Science, Ife Hospital Unit, Ile-Ife / Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa as their preferred first-choice institution.
• Interested applicants need to have appeared for the UTME with the following subject combination: English language, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
• Keep in mind that successful candidates could potentially be assigned to either of the campuses, Ife Hospital Unit or Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa, after admission.

Application Procedure for ND/HND in Nursing OAUTHC

• All candidates must ensure that they upload their O/Level results into the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (caps) portal and choose either OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences, IHU, Ile-Ife or Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa, Osun State, as their first choice institution.
• Candidates are to register on-line by accessing the instituition’s website: www.oauthc.gov.ng to complete and submit their application. They are to upload scanned copies of birth certificate, O’level and UTME results. Candidates are expected to relogin back on REPRINT web section and print the screening scheduled in two (2) copies of the application form after submission and come to the college for the Post UTME screening at the scheduled date given on the printout form.
• Payment of two thousand naira (₦2,000.00) only for the Post UTME screening exercise. However, candidates should note that a portal access fee of Eighteen Thousand Naira (₦18,000.00) only is required. This amount is only payable to College’s account through online registration.

Date for Computer Based Test (CBT)

Computer Based Test shall be conducted by the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nursing and Midwifery Entrance Examination Selection Committee from Monday, 14^th September, 2026.

Application for Post-Basic Perioperative Nursing

This is a twelve (12) calendar month programme commencing in November, 2026.

Eligibility for Perioperative Nursing

Applicants must:

• Possess WAEC: SSCE/GCE, NECO: SSCE/GCE or NABTEB with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse
• Please note that candidate(s) presenting NABTEB result will not be allowed to combine it with another result.

Application Procedure

• Application forms are obtainable online from Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife website www.oauthc.gov.ng upon payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000.00) only.
