JAMB Fixes Supplementary UTME, Extends Direct Entry Registration

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced a supplementary examination for candidates whose results are under investigation and some other reasons. Other people expected to sit fro the examination includes those who had biometric issues and unable to write the main UTME earlier scheduled. Read to the end to for full details.

JAMB Supplementary Examination Date

Recall that over 26,000 UTME results were withheld and under investigation over possible examination misconduct. The supplementary examination will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 and reprint of examination slips starts June 3rd, 2024. Candidates are implored to print their examination slips as soon as possible in order to know their examination centers.

JAMB DE 2024 Registration to End Mid June

In another update, JAMB has announced today that Direct Entry registration for 2024 will come to a close on Monday, 17th June, 2024.

Is JAMB Results Slip Available Now?

The JAMB original result slip is not yet available as at this moment, this may be due to the fact that some students are yet to write their exams, or to avoid people manipulating the document. The method of checking results is currently by sending the SMS “UTMERESULT” to 55019 using the registered phone number. Once there is further update on this we shall post it on this website.
