Admission Requirements for UCH SON

Before applying, ensure you meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must have sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
• You must have a JAMB score of 200 or above.
• Your JAMB subject combination must include Use of English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• You must have relevant O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, all obtained in one sitting.
• You must have chosen the School of Nursing, University College Hospital, Ibadan (in affiliation with the University of Ibadan) as your first choice institution. Alternatively, you must have effected a change of institution to the School on the JAMB portal.

How to Apply for UCH School of Nursing Form

Interested individuals are to do the following;

• Visit the admission portal at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click on REMITA payment
• Make payment of the form fee of 15 000 naira online (excluding cafe charges).
• After successful payment, signup with the RRR, email and password used for payment.
• Login to the portal using your email and password to continue the online application.
• Fill the form and submit when done following the instructions in the applicants’ user guide.
• Print 2 copies of your form and Photocard and bring along to the examination center on the exam day.
• Also, you will be required to make payment of Two hundred naira (200.00NGN) to Oyo State Nursing and Midwifery Committe e Account, FirstBank PLC 2019704292

Application Timeline for 2026 Admissions

The portal opens on 10th August 2026 and closes at midnight on 5th September 2026. Do not wait until the last minute to apply. Submit your application early to avoid technical issues or missing the deadline.
