University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) College of Nursing 2024/2025 ND/HND Admission Form

This is to bring to the notice of suitably qualified candidates that admission into the College of Nursing, University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) for the 2024/2025 Academic Session is ongoing.

Eligibility for UBTH College of Nursing

• Candidate must have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2024 JAMB UTME
• Candidate must possess 5 credit O’level pass at WAEC and NECO in not more than two sittings in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Candidates should be 17 years and above.

How to Apply for UBTH College of Nursing ND Form

Sales of Post UTME form has commenced on 7^th of June, 2024.

1. Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing if UBTH College of Nursing was not first your first choice , UBTH, Benin City.
2. Candidates are to Pay Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only into UBTH REMITA  after creating profile as screening fees
   1. Candidates are to upload the scanned document of the following documents to purchase the post UTME FORM
   • A copy of JAMB result slip
   • A copy of JAMB change of institution slip
   • A copy of WAEC/NECO results
   • A copy of Birth Certificate
   • A copy of Passport photographs
   • Ensure you upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
3. Upon admission, go to Jamb caps, pay the required fee and print your admission letter. 

UBTH College of Nursing 2024 Post UTME Screening Date

• DATE: Saturday 31^st August, 2024
• TIME: 09:00 am prompt.
• VENUE: College of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.

Admission into School of Post-Basic Nursing – UBTH

Duration: 1 year

Application are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into SPBN, UBTH for the year 2024/2025 academic session for the following courses:

• Diploma in Opthalmic Nursing and Management
• Diploma in Perioperative Nursing and Management
• Diploma in Paediatric Nursing and Management
• Diploma in Accident and Emergency Nursing and Management
• (fee N12,000)
• Diploma in Gerontology Nursing (N20,000)

Important Information on Admission into UBTH College of Nursing

• Upon being offered admission, candidates should accept the offer on JAMB CAPS and thereafter pay the required fee and print your admission.
• The UBTH College of Nursing PUTME application is now done online from the school portal.
• All payment for the application forms should be made directly into UBTH Account with TSA under the service type: Training School of Post Basic Nursing Studies using Remita platform in any bank in Nigeria.
• Obtaining and submission of forms closes 16^th August, 2024.
