LAUTECH Post UTME & DE Form for 2023/2024 Session | How to Apply

The Management of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso release the 2023/2024 Post UTME screening application form starting from Tuesday 29th August, 2023 to October 301st, 2023

Ladoke Akintola University from Tuesday 29 August 2023 invites applications from candidates who want to apply for admission into the Institution to register for the Post-UTME screening exercise.

Eligibility for LAUTECH Post UTME 2022

– Candidates must have chosen LAUTECH as their first choice 

– Candidates must have scored 180 and above in the last UTME.

– LAUTECH will admit only candidates who passed at credit level in at least five (5) relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB for UTME, while the University accepts a minimum of Upper Credit for National Diploma candidates, NCE, HND, RNS and JUPEB for Direct Entry candidates

– Candidates awaiting results of NABTEB, NECO, and WASEC are also eligible to apply.

Special Requirement

Applicants interested in Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Physiology, and Anatomy, it is advised to have credits in five relevant O’level subjects, obtained in a single sitting.

Age Requirement

To be considered for admission into any programme in the university, applicants are expected to have attained the age of sixteen (16) by the time of admission.

How to Apply for LAUTECH Post UTME Form

Applicants are to pay the screening fee of ₦2,300.00 via the online portal using Inter-Switch Enabled Debit Card (ATM)

– Candidates are to Visit http://apply.lautech.edu.ng/ 

– Applicants are expected to create an account and log in 

– Applicants are expected to carefully complete and submit the online application form as an incomplete application form will not be treated.

– Next, proceed to make payment

– On submission of the application form, a candidate is to print out an acknowledgment page which assigns him/her the venue and date of the screening exercise.

– Applicants are to note that late completion/submission of application forms will not be entertained.

– Any applicant with a blurred picture on the acknowledgment page will not be admitted into the screening centre as the photograph will be used as a means of identification.

Important Guidelines For Post UTME Candidates

• Acknowledgement Page:
  • All candidates must bring a color printout of the acknowledgement page to the screening venue.
  • Non-compliance will lead to non-admittance.
• Contact Information:
  • Applicants must provide active and valid email addresses and phone numbers.
  • This ensures seamless communication throughout the process.
• O’ Level Results Upload:
  • Candidates must upload their O’ Level results on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) before formal admission.
• Secure Your Admission Offer:
  • Upon receiving an admission offer, candidates must accept or reject it on CAPS before the system’s closure.
  • This ensures inclusion in the JAMB National Matriculation list.
• Conditional Eligibility for Awaiting Results:
  • Candidates awaiting NABTEB, NECO, and WASC results can apply.
  • However, prompt upload of results on JAMB CAPS upon release is mandatory.
• Consistency in Documentation:
  • Ensure consistency in names and state of origin across all documents to avoid disqualification.
• Consequences of False Information:
  • Providing false information for admission can result in legal action and admission revocation.

Direct Entry Candidates

Direct Entry applicants must have obtained Direct Entry forms from JAMB to be eligible for the oral and written screening interview scheduled to hold on Monday, October 23, and Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Candidates are expected to forward their academic transcripts to the Registrar, the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso no later than one week prior to the scheduled date for the screening interview
