Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) Releases Post UTME Form for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The management of Federal University of Technology, Akure Ondo State (FUTA) has announced the sales of Post UTME forms and DE Application form for 2024 Admissions. The sales of FUTA Post UTME Form for 2024/2025 session is expected to start on August 7th, 2024. Read on for other important information.

FUTA Post UTME Screening Eligibility

Candidates who made the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) their Institution of choice and scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), which was conducted by the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Direct Entry candidates are also eligible and required to sit for the Pre-Admission Screening Exercise.
In addition, candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in O’ level examinations conducted by WAEC, NECO and NABTEB or their equivalent.
Also note that for any candidate to be considered for admission this year in the University, such candidate must have reached the age of 16 years with effect from 1st October, 2024.
Also, candidates must ensure that their O’ level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS and share FUTA on or before Friday, 20th September, 2024. Failure to do this will render the affected candidates ineligible for admission.

How to Apply for FUTA Post UTME 2024

Visit The University website for mode of payment for application;
The screening fee is Two Thousand (N2,000:00) Naira only payable at any Bank on Remita platform after generating the necessary code.
Candidates who fail to register within the stipulated period will not be eligible for the Screening.
The Registration Form is mandatory for all eligible candidates to complete for the screening exercise
Please note that the candidate’s UTME Registration Number and the Full names (as it is on JAMB slip) be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
After payment, each candidate should visit the University website and complete the online Registration Form.

NOTE: Any UTME/Direct Entry Candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the Computer-Based Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission by the University.
