About College of Nursing BUTH (CONOBUTH)

The School of Nursing Ogbomoso, is an agency of the Nigerian Baptist Convention and an integral part of the former Baptist Medical Centre now Bowen University Teaching Hospital Ogbomoso.

School of Nursing BUTH, Ogbomoso prepares young men and women as beginning professionals in the field of nursing. Only students who complete the three (3) year course are prepared to sit for the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria’s Final Examination and are eligible for registration as QUALIFIED NURSES upon passing this examination.

Eligibility for BUTH SON Application

1. Candidate must have credit in at least five (5) O’level subjects at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, in examinations conducted by either WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.
2. JAMB UTME is optional
3. Applicants must be sixteen (16) years of age and above before they can apply

How to Apply for BOWEN SON Form

1. Visit https://sono.buth.edu.ng/ and click on Apply Now or you can go directly to the registration page by clicking https://www.sono.buth.edu.ng/register.php
2. Input your name and create a pin as stated above the page. Also, create a suitable password you will remember easily and then register.
3. You’re to make a payment of ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) to the following account:

Account Name: COLLEGE OF NURSING, BUTH, OGBOMOSO
Account Number: 0124181421
Bank Name: WEMA BANK

You can pay through Bank Deposit or Transfer through your Bank App. Keep the Teller or Receipt for further payment verification.
After payment, proceed to the website and login with your details.

4. Make payment only to College Bank Account as explained in item 3 (avoid using of third party)
5. Supply the payment details and upload the payment receipt in jpg/jpeg/PNG (size: 40 – 50kb)
6. Click on Submit Button and used the generated password & email to Login and continue your registration while waiting for the payment to be verified by the school account officers
7. Upload recent Passport within the size range 15 – 25kB Max, only JPEG format
8. Fields that are important are marked with *
9. Fill your Bio-data, School Attended, and your O’level Results, (5 Science Subjects at Credit level, Maximum of 2 Sitings) while UTME is optional

Closing Date for BOWEN SON Form

Registration closes on 27th May, 2023.

Entrance Examination Date.

The entrance examination for BOWEN SON will hold on June 24, 2023.
