The Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has officially released the Post-UTME results for the 2026/2027 admission session. All candidates who participated in the screening exercise can now check their scores on the university’s portal.

How to Check Your 2026 OAU Post-UTME Result

Follow these simple steps to check your result:

  1. Visit the OAU eportal at: eportal2.oauife.edu.ng
  2. Log in using your JAMB Registration Number as your username.
  3. Enter the password you created during registration.
  4. Navigate to the results section to view your Post-UTME score.
  5. Goto Printouts > Application Slip
  6. You will see your results and other details.

Make sure you have your registration details handy before you begin. The portal is accessible from any device with an internet connection.

Confused About Your Stance?

Now that you have your Post-UTME score, you may be wondering what your aggregate score is and whether you stand a chance of gaining admission. To make this easier for you, we have created a simple tool to help you calculate your aggregate score.

Use our OAU Aggregate Score Calculator here:
https://admissioncompanion.com/oau-aggregate-score-calculator/

This calculator will help you determine your combined score based on your JAMB, Olevel and Post-UTME results. Knowing your aggregate gives you a clearer picture of where you stand.

Next Steps After Checking Your Result

Once you have checked your Post-UTME result, here are the important steps you need to take:

  1. Upload Your O’Level Results to JAMB

If you have not already done so, ensure your O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB portal, this can be done at any CBT center near you. This is a mandatory requirement for admission consideration. Candidates with awaiting results must also upload them before admission can be processed.

  1. Wait for the Cut-Off Marks

OAU will release departmental cut-off marks after the results are fully processed. Keep an eye on the university’s official website and portal for announcements. Your aggregate score will determine whether you meet the cut-off for your chosen course. We will also post the cutoff marks here once it is available.

  1. Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Once the cut-off marks are released and admission processing begins, monitor your JAMB CAPS portal regularly. Admission offers will be uploaded to CAPS, and you will need to accept or reject any offer made to you.

  1. Prepare to Resume

OAU has proposed a resumption date of 31st October 2026. If you are offered admission, you should prepare to resume on this date. Start gathering all necessary documents and making necessary arrangements.
